Commission for the Duo Mattia Zappa and Admir Doçi

The three-movement work was commissioned by the duo Mattia Zappa, cello and Admir Doci, guitar and the Artephila and SUISA Foundation. The work has a musical reference to the Ticino (southern Switzerland), atmospheric as well as incorporating traditional dance rhythms. The premiere will be at 27.10.2009 in the Helferei Grossmünster in Zurich.
