Composer in Residence at Festival Cully Classique 2011

Commissioned by the Festival Cully Classique 2011 Fabian Müller wrote «The Mysterious Mr. Harley Quin» for violin, viola and piano. It was rehearsed in the context of the project VIS-À-VIS with students from Berlin and Paris and was premiered on 25 June. In the same concert was played the String Quartet No. 2. The performers were Martyn Jackson, violin, Andrii Malakhov, viola and Joaquim Carr, piano, as well as Vera Lopatina, violin, Tsuyoshi Moriya, violin, Lise Niqueux, viola and Hee-Young Lim, cello.
